This pro­per­ty com­pri­ses 25 resi­den­ti­al units in the first con­s­truc­tion pha­se in the lis­ted buil­dings 8, 9, 10 and 11. The old agri­cul­tu­ral buil­dings, such as the for­mer sta­bles and barn, have been reno­va­ted to a high stan­dard and given a new uti­li­sa­ti­on concept.

Spacious flo­or lay­outs, cei­lings and stairs have been inte­gra­ted along with addi­tio­nal bal­co­nies. A per­go­la and sup­port­ing walls give the ensem­ble a tru­ly uni­que cha­rac­ter. Each resi­den­ti­al unit has at least 1 car par­king space available to it. In total, 37 par­king spaces are to be pro­vi­ded in this con­s­truc­tion phase.
